MES is announced as the reformer Ministry of the year. Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia, Irine Kurdadze was awarded with the above prize at the award ceremony Builder of 2010.
MES received the award for implemented reforms in the system, innovative projects and achievements.
Union Educator has been holding the ceremony for the sixth year. Aim of the project is to identify governmental bodies and companies that support education, art, culture and sport as well as social projects.
According to the joint decision of founders and consultants of the ceremony, MES was included in the list of nominees for the contribution to the development of education system.
