Delegation was headed by Head of Administration of Turkish living abroad and relative nations under the Prime Minister’s office Kudret Bulbul. Above mentioned administration carries out different activities in different fields, among them is education.

UNICEF, in collaboration with Estonia, is supporting the MoES in the revision of the curriculum of all grades to make it more inclusive and responsive to the contemporary needs. In 2014 the curriculum of grades 1 – 6 has been revised. This lays the foundation for the development and publication in 2015 of new textbooks for these grades.

Registration deadline for those who wish to pass examinations in the form of externat, was approved with the Order of Minister N170 of February 10, 2014. The period for registration starts on February 14, 2014 and ends on February 21, 2014. Period for examinations shall start on March 6, 2014 and last till March 21. 2014.
