Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Dimitri Shashkini met with the Russian expert and writer Larisa Burakova. Burakova is the author of the book “Why does it work in Georgia?”. The book published 2 years ago, covers successful Georgian reforms, Russian-Georgian relationship and achievements of Georgian government. The book is now being translated into Ukrainian and will be published in Ukraine soon.

Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia has activated the second phase of distributing vocational education 1000 GEL worth vouchers. At this time, 1500 volunteers will be given a chance to study at vocational education institutions.

From June13, 2012, National Examination Center will hold open doors days for all entrants, candidates of Master Degree and teachers taking certification exams.  They will be able to meet personally with the representatives of the center, heads of subject groups and experts and get the necessary information regarding the exams.
