be fully launched in 2016-2017 academic year and will be an important component
for the teacher’s professional and career development. There are several stages
for the process: The information obtained on how different countries analyze
and evaluate the process, the participation of teachers in the classroom
observation over the basic principles and the evaluation criteria, and using
the information to create workshops across the country. Teachers with the
status of head teachers will need to undergo the process.
