The training center was opened at the base of company “Knauf”, where any applicant for education and retraining can get special vocational education in different areas of dry and traditional construction free of charge.

“Knauf” has been represented in Georgia for already 20 years. All this time the company held trainings, seminars and workshops for architects, builders and students. In addition, it has published several textbooks for vocational colleges and students of higher education and distributed to various educational institutions free of charge.

The company successfully cooperates with the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia in different directions, including development of standards and syllabuses and is the best example of public and private partnership. Construction sector is one of the strongest and fastest growing trends in the country and, therefore, the activities of the companies related to the construction industry and partnership with the educational system is highly appreciated.
