The Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia - Aleksandre Tsuladze, is currently in London on an official visit to attend the World Education Forum, joined by over 150 education ministers from across the globe.
The forum brings together ministers and representatives of leading educational organizations to exchange insights and experiences on current challenges and trends in the education sector.

The Minister emphasized the importance of strengthening international cooperation in the field of education. He noted that incorporating best practices from leading countries is essential to informed decision-making, and that the World Education Forum offers a valuable platform for such exchange.
In his speech, the Minister placed special emphasis on expanding educational cooperation with the United Kingdom, particularly in the areas of transnational education and partnerships with British universities. He noted that Georgia and the UK are actively working to implement joint higher education programs and expressed confidence that tangible results will be achieved in the near future.
“We are pleased to share significant progress in expanding our cooperation with British universities. Our aim is to provide both Georgian and international students with the opportunity to pursue British education and qualifications without leaving Georgia. The strong interest from UK higher education institutions in partnering with Georgia is further affirmed by a 2024 study conducted by Times Higher Education (THE)” - stated Aleksandre Tsuladze.
