Announcement of the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia
MES will purchase portable computers for all first graders of the Public Schools in 2011. They will be provided with these computers free of charge. Educational programs in Georgian, foreign language, mathematics and logics as well as textbooks, literature and educational-cognitive games will be uploaded in the computers.

For the first time in Georgia, 2010-2011 High School exams will be held through the so called CAT exam model. MES Announced Competition for the Dance Class Teachers
By the initiative of the President of Georgia, dance classes will be introduced in schools from 2011. Theoretical and practical classes in Georgian dance will be given. At the first level, innovation will be piloted in the schools of Tbilisi.
