During a two-week period, compulsory testing in both public and private schools was conducted for 46,300 teachers and administration staff

To prevent the spread of Covid-19, owing to the decision of the Coordinating Council, from the beginning of February, mandatory testing of teachers and school administration representatives in public and private schools throughout Georgia is underway. After 2 weeks of intensive testing, 0.5% of Covid-19 teachers and school staff across the country were confirmed.
