The process of vaccination of representatives of the education sector is intensive throughout Georgia. Ekaterine Dgebuadze, First Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Georgia inspected the special space allocated for immunization of school representatives in Mtskheta Municipality together with Davit Nozadze, State Representative of Mtskheta-Mtianeti.
Ekaterine Dgebuadze thanked the teachers and school representatives of Mtskheta for their involvement in the universal vaccination process and again called on the school community to be active, to be involved in the immunization process in time and to protect the health of the fellow citizens during the pandemic. According to her, the fact that the number of vaccinated teachers in Georgia is approaching 40% is very favourable, the process continues and the First Deputy Minister hopes that this figure will increase significantly in the near future.
In order to simplify the immunization process as much as possible, additional training rooms and training groups are allocated for representatives of the education sector throughout Georgia in all immunization centres. Vaccination with the desired vaccine in the centres is possible without prior registration.
