Within the project framework, the following activities might be
funded: The evaluation of the Higher Education Institution management system by
a high-ranking organization with the international experience and reputation.
Additionally the project will consider funding the SWOT analysis of the
existing management system – to identify the weaknesses and strengths, as well
as the opportunities and threats. Lastly, the creation of the action plan and
relevant recommendations, whilst involving all the interested parties in the
process, and many more.
