Subsequent working meeting of the National Vocational Education Council (NVETC) was held. The meeting, headed by Minister of Education and Science - Aleksandre Jejelava, was attended by the social partners and the representatives of colleague ministries.

The action plan report envisaged by the II quarter, pending in the Vocational Education System and the results of monitoring of the educational programs implemented by the work-based teaching approach were discussed at the meeting of the National Vocational Education Council (NVETC). The participants of the meeting were also informed about planned innovations, which implies establishment of new educational institutions and vocational education branding for the purpose to increase the geographical availability.

Working of the National Vocational Education Council (NVETC) will actively continue in future as it is a priority issue for the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia to ensure involvement of the social partners in the process of determination of the Vocational Education Policy.
