12 marks World Youth Day. On this day, the UN Assembly adopted a resolution of
17 December 1999, and on 12 August 2000 the civilized world marked the first
International Youth Day. In doing so, the UN has called on the international
community to recognize the interconnectedness of generations and to jointly
solve the problems of peoples of different ages, to raise the awareness of
young people about the problems, and etc.
Ministry
of Education, Science, Culture and Sport congratulates the youth of Georgia on
International Youth Day, wishing them progress in the future!
