A first online conference was organized in the Ministry of Education and Science of Georgia. Simultaneous videoconference was arranged among Tbilisi and Batumi. Minister of Education and Science of Georgia Dimitri Shashkini, deputy ministers, the directors of legal entities of public law under the ministry and ministry representatives took part in the conference from Tbilisi, from Batumi- Minister of Education of Adjara Autonomous Republic Ghia Abuladze and the principals of the schools of Adjara.

Minister highlighted the meaning of a new model of school financing and answered the questions of the school principals covering the issues of school principal and teacher certification, high school and extern exams, teachers training and professional development.

According to the announcement of the Minister,”Establishing a direct connection with the regions is very important, online conference contributes much to this process.  Therefore, videoconference will be arranged with other regions of Georgia and will be held systematically”.

Full HD Tandberg video equipments were used in the conference. Event was organized with the technical support of UGT Company.
