During his visit in the Samegrelo region, The Minister of Education and Science – Aleksandre Jejelava, managed to visit five cities in two days, and hold meetings of few hours and as a result, he met with more than 1,200 teachers. On July 30, 2016, there were meetings held in Poti, Senaki, Khobi, Abasha and Martvili, where the Minister met with the teachers of the local Municipality.
During his meetings, the Minister spoke about his future plans and visions, and the current news that are happening in the field of education. Aleksandre Jejelava aims to make schools more and more attractive for the students and teachers alike, which will have the full support of the entire Ministry.
